I do it occasionally, because sometimes I find it necessary, but I definitely think the most important thing is small progress and finding something you like. I don't like aerobic classes, or anything remotely close to them, but I enjoy hiking, riding my bike, kettlebell classes and now crossfit. I think everyone has something different that they like to do and I think its good for you to figure that out. I think we have so many awesome trails around here, and I love getting out on them in the summer because there are so many things I don't get to see otherwise. I think its awesome that you are exploring your options but also that you are figuring out what works for you personally, because in the end, you're the one that has to make the commitment and the decisions.
